Apparently that the Defense Minister in Germany has the right to  ask for his own farewell parade. Minister Carl Theodor Guttenberg exercised this right. And to complete the parade, he asked for " Smoke On The Water"

Ритуалы - это прекрасно... горящие по ночам факелы, шинели там, каски... надо оставить им ритуалы и даже позволить им поднять их на новую высоту.

Главное - чтобы кроме ритуалов ничего не осталось.
