The first news says that Israeli scientists were able to reproduce the chemical with which wasp-rider controls their pray - roaches basically turning them into zombies. If you want to know the details: they sting them into brain releasing chemicals and blocking of neurotransmitters and then guide the roaches into wasps nest. So they actually ride their future food home. Hence the name rider.

The second news about minicity - i guess jemmix could explain better but how i understand at the SUP office they have a miniature city with mini-everything. And they just fool around i guess. The latest mini-news from mini-city was that their mini-railroad was bought by mini-company MAO "Dzedun". I guess you know who Mao is and the joke is that MAO is close to ZAO which is Russian abbreviation to American LTD.

Jemmix was making fun and parallels between purchase of mini-railroad and purchase of LJ by SUP. He was mimicking all the stupid requests and conspiracy theory users came up with..such as opting out from railroad use, transferring the account to different railroad, bringing the recent election, Nosik's jewish influence, etc.

So I united both news into one.

The oranges and valenki is reference to ukrainian Orange revolution where wife of Yanukovich claimed that food and clothes on Maidan were spiked with drugs brought from USA.
